With respect to security: Data collected by Bass & Hays Foundry, Inc. is protected by our
in house IBM web server, a multi-level privacy/anti-virus software system, and the server-based security system. E-mail is protected by
Microsoft Exchange server-based security system, but is not secure or recommended for transmitting sensitive or financial data
unless otherwise noted. Do not send sensitive or financial information, ie: credit card numbers, bank acct numbers, tax numbers, social security numbers, names, telephone numbers, etc. via email unless YOU are satisfied it is secure even if via SSL or other secure sending format. We are working very hard to provide as safe a site as possible for your convenience but you are liable for any data you send to us, as any data, any time, sent via e-mail may be subject to violation by hackers if a security hole can be breached
by unanticipated security flaws.
